I've had 4 kids (All c/sections) and am still looking for an answer to what helps to tighten tummy muscles. I have been told that exercises to strengthen the core helps a lot (but my back is too weak to do all these exercises at the moment). Maybe a google search might bring up some suitable exercises?
Otherwise a visit to your GP shoud be able to help as they might be able to help direct you to what exercises would be best for you and your situation.
Good luck.
