Trouble with deleting un wanted emails

Ihave found that entering competitions ,or doing surveys for competitions ,,not survey sites.,that i seem to get a lot of emails in my email box ,does any one have trouble deleting them some days they come thick and fast,i unscribe the ones that i dont want ,but i still keep getting them ,some dont have a unscribe button ,my spam is always full of them and i was told if you unscribe the ones in spam you can get a virus through them does any one know what i can do,i always click no to parts in competitions if you want a certain person to contact you about a product,i spen a lot of time on the computer unscribing to emails.

Google for Spamihilator. It's free and filters emails. You can use its training area to teach it what email addresses to let through and which to block. It also has its own "recycle bin" (which you need to clean out from time to time) where it stores the messages it has blocked - just in case it's blocked something you want. Just keep your eye on it and clean it up say, daily. Takes seconds and gets rid of heaps of spam...
