If I Had aTime Machine......

I've often thought how great it would be if time machines had been invented!
If I had the opportunity I would revisit my childhood days and meet again those nearest and dearest to me from that era......and see the world how it used to be without the technological aids like the computer and mobile phone to name just a couple. Life seemed so much more uncomplicated back then.......but revisiting our childhood is a dream shared by a lot of people.
Also if I had a time machine I would like to go even further back ...to the middle ages or ancient Egypt. It would be such fun to see how they lived way back then ...but I don't think I would like to visit the future ..I just might not like what I find there.
Aside from that though it would be a wonderful experience to be able to travel to different places and meet some of history's most famous people!

With a time machine, I would just get it to print tomorrows paper today, especially if it was the day after a mega tattslotto style draw. Imagine the returns one could get with all results known on global share markets, horse races etc..

If I had a time machine, I would go back to the time of full skirted dresses and corsets and wonderful speech. There would be more respect for women also and I would love to see that again.

I agree with you shazza1988 it was a beautiful era of respect, morals, disciplines, lovely crinoline dresses all hand made, etiquette, good behavours, courtesy and of course there were plenty of hard times and poverty as well, but it would be nice to visit it once and be a part of it.

I think i would not use the time machine not knowing the future is always good i feel.Take life as it comes and try leaving good footsteps for the next generations.

think it would be interesting to be met with some of history's famous people, to get their views on things and try to understand how they tick.
I'd like to start over again but with the benefit of hind sight. I've made a lot of mistakes.

It's the 16c for me , the time of Drake (pirating for the Queen !), Raleigh (he of tobacco and potato fame), Grenville and Hawkins (explorers extraordinaire). Ho Ho hum, it's a pirates life for me

I agreee with the last two respondents, but I would also love to go back to two places: the Garden of Eden before the Fall and to see the Resurrected Christ. How lovely that would be!

Going forward? The New Heaven and the New Earth. Woo-hoo!

If i had a time machine I would turn back the clock to the time of my education years and put a lot more effort and time into it even to the stage of going to universecity to get a decree in the music industry and put in more time studying playing instruments. As i have met as roadie and chaperone for a lot of artists in Australia but feel that the more knowledge and practice makes you a better musician.I would also love to travel a great deal because with what travel I have done up up to now has been the most wonderful and enlightening and exciting experience it has opened my eyes and my mind to cultures and people and ideas that i would never have received if i stayed in Australia

If i had acsess to a time machine i would go back to the time when i was a teenager and spend more time with my mother as not knowing the time she was going to pass away,my life with my mother all over again i would really love that ,and also i would change the path i took in life ,as apart from my children my life has not been a path that i would have chosen if i knew what it was going to turn out like.
