Just got the new Samsung Nexus S and am now wondering why. This thing is so smart it hardly needs me! How can so many apps all be inside this little rectangle? I must admit I am considered a senior and not supposed to be very savvy when it comes to technology, but I am pretty good on my computer and have had some pretty nifty phones over the years, but wow this one is a bit much for me. It does so many "things" that I would never use in a life time, but I must admit what I do use is way superior to my previous phone. I do believe though that this one is "old" already. The young girl at Crazy Johns was very impressed at how quickly I "learned" how to use it, she said her Mum would not even try to use one. The draw back to my new phone is having to teach my husband how to use his!

I brought myself the same phone just after christmas. i have had a few problems with its battery, and its freezing a bit but that may be from all the apps i have haha! the only downside is there still isnt any good hard cases for it, they havent been made yet.

Hi elyssaoner, thanks for the reply. Gee after reading what I said about my phone back in November I have to tell you I have come along way since with my use of the Nexus. I now have my email address on the phone, take oodles of photos and videos and ofcourse am able to send them to family and friends. I love trying things out like the google maps etc. Fascinating just what it can do. I am quite savvy now and would not want to be without it. My daughters are very impressed with the pics I send them as the clarity is so good. My husband uses his for his favourite hobby - horse race betting and has become quite good at using the phone. I haven't had any probs at all with the functions of the phone and all in all very happy.
