bad job agency

have any of you out there ever listened to a job agency manager as they yell not only at the co workers but also the unemployed
well i have finally found one that needs to be removed from her position of authority
at jobs australia in armidale a female with no maners and less knowledge on the unemployed
she seems to enjoy her self by yelling at people when her mistakes are noticed perhaps anger management may help or a brain

I would like to know more about the funding they receive. Since the government has delegated responsibility for employment assistance to these groups, I would like to see their KPI in terms of the number of successful placements they have achieved against the total tax-payer funding of their activities. This industry, as part of our current mania for certification (and the spin-off 'education' service providers), must be the most bloated, obscene waste of money ever gifted to a privileged few in the recent times.
I have witnessed these managers insult, degrade, and humiliate the unemployed then threaten retribution in the name of Centrelink to any individual with the gumption to complain of their mentoring. Perhaps most sad is the fact that church sponsored agencies are, at the very least, no better than their secular brethren.

it sure feels that way as if you need or want a job these days the unemployment agencies are not the real way of gaining employment
you just have to keep on going back and knocking on the door

Thank you Stretch for the info. $3600 per person for every reference through Centrelink. I would imagine that their KPIs involve numbers through the door, courses held, appointments kept, and other bureaucratic procedural markers rather than the main game of gaining employment for the unemployed.

i have been told that all unemployment agencies recieve $3600.00 per person and they are supposedly to spend this funding on training and upgrading of skills they also recieve funding for each person that goes into a work for the dole training area
they do sill try and stand over the unemployed with threats of a breach if you dont do as they requst and get a little fierce when you try and explain they are doing little or nothing for the contract which they hold

it happened in any agency. they wanted to show that they can yell to anyone who is under them or they think they are more superior than them. i think they don't need anger management, they need to be sacked and find another job where they will back to zero.

When a manager yelling at employer,probably she/he wantto be lazy s them to work hard not to be lazy because sometimes employers are being lazy in someways like using phones while them are working.

i agree the one from armidale seems to be missing at the moment
i am no longer in this agency though
i believe people that yell atb the slightest thing must have an abnormal problem maybe troubled as a child or power mad
