I have had Arylic Nails on for years and have stopped about five years ago
However the reason I had them done in 1st place was Soft Brittle Nails which in still ongoing Quite some time ago I was on Calcium Tabs (Oscal D) which worked fab but these are no longer on market Help Please if there is another brand that works Have tried Mavala and all sorts of treatments to no avail Open to all options

i have heard of hair skin and nail vitimins im not sure what the brand name is but if you google it there is quite a few options to choose from
