I haven't been diagnosed with cealiacs disease but have to be tested for it shortly. I am trying to reduced wheat in my diet as I am very sick after eating yeast products. I wondered if any-one on here could give me some idea of the symptoms of cealiacs disease, regardless of getting a formal diagnosis I can't keep eating food that make me so terribly sick. I have noticed some wheat and gluten free foods at my local Coles store. I have used Chia seeds in the past and they have helped with the pain, they're not that cheap but if they help I don't really care. I too would be interested to know where I can buy wheat and gluten free products from, so I will keep an eye on this discussion, any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Are you a member of the Coeliac Society of SA? If so members are issued with a card which entitles them to discounts in store. There is a Coeliac's store located at Hectorville where you can purchase products. Here is the website http://www.coeliac.org.au/
