Divorce? Sorry about that! I think I hit a Hig Voltage Line. Oooh, BUGGER! Can't have that!
I'm not very good with figures, but it was the best I could do to figure out the answer to your question. Am I forgiven? No offence intended, Honestly!
Have a wonderful future, and may it be Happy and Prosperous and that you always be in the very best of Health. Those are my Wishes to make up for my blunder.
Now, all I need is for someone to make a Wish for ME to clean out the Powerball tonight, then I can have some money in my bank. I'm sick of being out of work! I'm stoney broke!
I CAN'T make a wish for myself!! Wishes MUST be given away. Its like having a Lotto Win and NOT being able to spend any of it. It must be given away. Only if someone were to say, "Thanks you! That's very nice, but, YOU keep it!" can I then keep it. In a Wish's case, a Wish must be given by someone else. That's what I believe anyway.

201203.01,
By my calculation you have been married 42 years. Unless, somewhere along the line, you got divorced and Married again.
If you have never been divorced, and you';re still married since 1971, CONGRATULATIONS and Good on you for having such a successful relationship.
Who's right?

Hey impy if you have been married for 40 years you had better have one very nice gift for your wife! In fact it is rubies that mark 40 years. My husband has always followed the right gift for the year of marriage. He never forgets and I have some very nice memories and the beautiful gifts to remind me of the occasion. We will celebrate 47 this year.

i came up with 40 years this year too :)
1st year anniversary was 1972
10 year anniversary was 1981
20 years = 1991
30 = 2001
and this year is 2011 so will mark the 40 years :)
congrats

hi rachel, so sorry i never got back to you , thanks so munch for your lovley reply , it all makes sense when you really think about it , just to let you know on the 12th aug 2011 i had a heart...

Sorry to hear about your health but extra glad to hear you are better. 2011 must have been a bad year for health related issues. Just before Christmas my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer at the young age of 49. He had an operation that removed a third of his lung, they are confident they got it all and hopefully he'll be ok! Just another part of lifes little mysteries and antedotes that are sent to make us stronger!
Stay strong and best wishes
Rachel
