Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone of my fellow cafestudy ladies/members might be able to help me regarding my old favourite Avon Ultra Color Rich Lipstick,...
Color.....Rose Quartz. So it's a brilliant color, so they decide not to make it anymore! :(
It's a matt baby pink is the best way to describe it I think. It's very 1960"s style matt pale pink.
I have blonde hair and I wear a lot of pale/lollie pink, and this is almost a perfect match.

I have got as much out of the lipstick container, I have had a look around, most seem to have a shinny base.

So I thought what a better way to see if maybe someone has any old Avon stock? Or someone who knows of another brand.

I hope you can get some idea from my describtion of the color, as I am lost without it, or one similar.

Thanks everyone, all suggestions welcome and appreciated :)

Many thanks

Lise :)

Experiment with a new colour. Bright and pastel colours are in!

If you are struggling to find the perfect color for your skin tone, go to a M.A.C cosmetic store. Even though they are quite expensive the lip sticks are wonderful and creamy. They have friendly staff they and they would be able to help you pick the right color for you. They have a wide range of different colors, so I'm sure you would be able to find the perfect color for your skin tone there. Forgot to mention, the lip sticks range from about $15-$60 xx good luck :)

Hi bre04,

Thankyou so much for your reply and information, I have heard of M.A.C. but never had a look at there range.
I will do now though, thankyou, that price range is about the norm for a good brand, as you usually get what you pay for I've found
Since I posted this, I did find a Yves Saint Laurent nice pink and that was $50
I was only saying today, I need another one, so I will check out M.A.C

I'll let you know how I get on :)

Appreciate the tip, thanks again bre04 :)
Have a good week

Thanks for your reply, but rosey is not the colour I'm looking for...that was just the name of it....I did say it's a Pale Pink.... I found a Yves Saint Laurent one since posting this, and it's the Pale Lollie Pink I was after. It's gorgeous

Thanks
