I'm not sure about Angel Labs producing a Water Fueled Engine, but I have seen some in the YOU TUBE Clips.
I don't know where you are, or how old you are, but, if you're an Aussie, and were around in the 1980's, you may remember in the News about a guy called JOHN HORVARTH and his HYDROGEN POWERED Car. He filled his Fuel Tank with Water and powered his FORD V-8 with Hydrogen.
He got a lot of flak from the wowsers and sceptics, but I saw his car for myself, during a Public Presentation in City Plaza in Brisbane, attended by Sir Joh Bjelke-Peterson, the State Premier of Queensland at the time. All the News cameras were there, so were the poo-pooers and professional hecklers, and others probably planted their by the oil companies.
I managed to get a couple of Press Releases, and inside were all the details, in Layman's Language to illustrate and describe how it worked.
Basicly, you had a V-8, a CLEAN Fuel Tank, a Reactor, and a Steam Producer (It looked like another Muffler, but it was where the steam was produced), and a Starter Hydrogen Reservoir.
Some of the wowsers accused him of cheating because he had a small tank of Hydrogen in the boot. Of course he DID!! How else was he going to START the car?
How it worked was simple. You start the Engine, as you do, with Hydrogen from the Reservoir Tank.
With the engine now running, it is still using the Reserve Hydrogen, but after a few minutes or less, the Exhaust gets hot enough to get water coming from the Fuel Tank to drip into the Steam Producer.
The Steam then flows from the Steam Producer to the Reactor, which was a round Chamber about 8 Inches diameter, the same high and with a Domed top. Around the sides were Heat Sink type Fins. Inside the Reactor there was an Clectron Gun charged by some capacitors mounted close to the Battery, and was a Black Flat Box with four silver caps on it.
With the Steam under pressure, it passes into the Chamber where it is bombarded with Electrons which start a Reaction where the water in the steam begins to Split into Hydrogen and Oxygen.
It then leaves the Reactor and flows, still under pressure, into the Fuel Intakes, and before it can turn into Helium, it is FIRED and the process goes on continuously.
Now that it is producing Hydrogen, a little pump starts and DIVERTS some of this Hydrogen to the Hydrogen Reservoir, in the same way the Air Tanks for Air Brakes of a Truck, Bus, Train do to recharge their air supplies. When the Reservoir is refilled, the flow is cut off, and the engine continues to runs as per normal, except it is now making its own Hydrogen.
During this Public Press Presentation, I was RIGHT THERE with the guy himself! I got photos of the engine. A BIG Ford V-8, Red with all you'd expect to see inside, except for the unusually SOLID Looking "Air Filter." THIS was the Reactor.
Speaking of the Reactor, there were also a few Anti-Nuclear idiots ther, too, protesting that he might be using Nuclear Power in the Reactor. with that in mind, as I said I was RIGHT THERE! I managed to have a chat with Mr. Horvath and I told him how, in my own words and understanding, I thought his car worked, and asked if I was right. He said, YES! Exactly!
So, Basicly, the Electrons inside the Reactor Stimulate the Steam and creates a Reaction that Splits the two Gasses. The Electrons a produced in the very same way as the Electrons in you old CRT TV's ( I Still have one. a HUGE SHARP). When the engine is shut off, there is NO RAdiation, as some idiots claimed.
Also, while I was there, there was all the usual things going on, people talking and discussing the car, etc. talking to each other or trying to talk to him. Very busy! Anyway, his ASSISTANT got out of the car, and I SAW him REMOVE the Keys! Mr. Horvarth and he were having a wee chat, and he then looked at the time and suggested his Assisant, GO AND HAVE LUNCH, as there was plenty of time until they had to do the Live Demo on TV.
Time passes and its time to talk to the press and The Premier did his thing by Taking a sip from a Galss of water and then pouring the rest of it into the Fuel Tank. When it came to Starting the Engine, they couldn't find THE KEYS!!! All hell broke out then. The Wowsers, Sceptics and hired dick'eads really started getting nasty, and all the time, I knew where the keys were.
Poor old bugger! It was a bad day for him, because of that.
About the MYT Engine, did you have a look at the clips? He is trying to find someone who will manufacture the MYT Engine and put it OUT THERE for everyone to use. I agree! Australia would be the IDEAL place for the MYT engine to be used by everyone. Because if its size, getting more Miles per Gallon from a Powerful wee engine mounted in a Holden Kingswood, or a Land Cruiser, and the MYT Road Train, plus the absolute EASE in taking it apart into ALL of it's components (NOT really necessary!) its is an engine that Australia, and EVERYONE,really NEEDS !
