Got in a Mexican stand off at a four way stop signs.
4 of us got there pretty much the same time. 4 of us sitting there looking at each other. 4 of us inching forward. 1 of us finally stuck his head out the car and said "I'll wait...you go first".
Most stupid Road Authority initiative I have ever seen in relation to road signs. What kind of a genius dreamed that one up.
Surely it's not rocket science to figure out which of the cross roads has the least traffic. I know at this intersection, one is a medium density road and the other smaller residental access. Gee, that was hard.
I think perhaps it time to put new bottoms in seats. Then again, it may be a case of better the devil you know.
Cheers, Maria

Have 1 not far from home and agree with you RTA tells me 1st one to move has right of way Ha Ha. Nrma suggests contacting local council and they might rectify. The one near home has very light traffic in either direction.
