I agree with almost all of that. But my car has a digital speedo, calibrated, and a cruise control. If I set my speed to 102km/hr in a 100 zone, say on a freeway, then I will be travelling at the posted speed limit. So why then do I constantly get tailgated, no matter which lane I am driving in?
Although it can be funny. If it looks safe to do so I turn the cruise control off, let mycar slow down naturally, and after much gesticulation the car behind me lurches violently to one side then accelerates to overtake me at about 120km/hr, hopefully to find a speed camera around the next bend.
