it is no wonder city people tell us country drivers are the worst in the australian country
why are the police not charging them
and some of the cops believe the round abouts are to small to even bother using them indicators

The damage was isolated to the left hand front of my vehicle, so no damage to right hand side at all. The police didn't attend as there was no property damage and no injuries. I had to file a report to the police for the insurance company though. My insurer is NRMA who are fantastic to deal with. I had to draw a diagram for them as to what had happened as the other driver told their insurance company that I was at fault (he didn't know the road rules obviously). I was still receiving phonecalls with queries from NRMA months after the car had been repaired as the insurance companies were obviously battling it out between each other. I guess they realised I wasn't to blame as I never heard anything more about the issue after that.
