round abouts

it is no wonder city people tell us country drivers are the worst in the australian country
why are the police not charging them
and some of the cops believe the round abouts are to small to even bother using them indicators

I totally agree on this one. I'm from a country city and it never ceases to amaze me how many people don't know roundabout rules. Whether it's turning from the wrong lane, indicating incorrectly or crossing over into the middle lane mid roundabout, it all drives me bonkers!
I've been in an accident where the driver (towing a caravan) believed it was perfectly OK to travel alongside me up to a 2 laned roundabout (I was on the inside lane) the go right around the roundabout in the outside lane (not indicating either!) to proceed back in the same direction he was coming from. As I was going straight ahead, where was I supposed to go? Grrrrrr!
