DRIVERS WHO DON'T PUT ON THEIR LIGHTS EARLY ENOUGH

One of my pet hates is the driver , particularly in a dark car, coming towards me without lights on when it is obviously getting quite dark, and it is time to put lights on . This is a dangerouse situation when people try and pass a slow car and discover a car without lights, and therefore difficult to see, coming towards them,..Do people think that they wear out their lights if they use them too much!!

I can't believe that people put their parking lights on and think it increases their visibility to other road users. The Australian Design Rules c should be changed so that parking lights cannot be used with the engine running.

While on the ADR's, has anyone else noticed how the indicators are on a modern car when it is at right angles to your own car? It impossible to tell if a car on a side street that you are approaching is about to turn right across your path, especially in full sun.
