Hi,
Just curious as to how much importance or notice you take of online reviews, example.... I was looking at changing the place I usually go for my eye test. I was horrified by the reviews & the comments people left for this particular place. The people who had left reviews had a substantial amount of online reviews next to their names, I looked at their other reviews & they were not all negative.
So based on the reviews I read it swayed me to not to go to this particular place.
Interested in your thoughts.
Cheers.

I tend to agree with you, if someone has written a constructive review it can be beneficial. If the review is quite nasty, picky, I'll click on their profile & 9 times out of 10 all their reviews are nasty. Why you would bother to spend your time doing that? I also read replies from owners saying that they don't believe this person has been there & threatened legal action! Always wonder who that works out for the bad reviewer. Yet in these days of anti social media it's very hard to believe what people write. It must be awful for businesses these days having to contend with all that
Appreciate your reply :)
