Hi,
Just curious as to how much importance or notice you take of online reviews, example.... I was looking at changing the place I usually go for my eye test. I was horrified by the reviews & the comments people left for this particular place. The people who had left reviews had a substantial amount of online reviews next to their names, I looked at their other reviews & they were not all negative.
So based on the reviews I read it swayed me to not to go to this particular place.
Interested in your thoughts.
Cheers.

I occasionally extend kudos in writing when good work is given. However, I ALWAYS write down a review whenever shoddy work is extended, sparing no details. The reason is, while I firmly believe that most professional orgs, by the fact that they are existing, give good service; however, whenever the service is below standard, I feel it my duty to write about it, because without that, I believe:...'things will never improve'.
While I am 'guided' by the online reviews, I try and get a 'live' opinion from family and friends when/wherever possible, before making a change, or a new contact.
