By their actions Steve Smith and his team have managed to undo in one day what it has taken Australian cricket years to achieve. Because of this I strongly feel that the whole team starting with CEO James Sutherland (who has handled the whole affair quite badly) needs to be sacked and a completely new team formed if Australia is to ever regain any sort of credibility on the world stage

I agree with you that James Sutherland has handled the saga very badly and that he should resign or be sacked. I think that it’s only the executive team, from those whom I predicted should resign, who have yet to come to that realisation!
I disagree with you that the Australian team’s reputation was all that great around the world before this saga. From most reports which I have read, cricketers from other countries knew that the Australian players cheated and had been making attempts to tell umpires for a number of years.
