Being a Star Wars fan from the very beginning I eagerly awaited this year’s Christmas time blockbuster. Could not make it to the first day (wanted to see it before I read a “spoiler” but got there on day two. I sat there popcorn in hand and drink at the ready and watched the saga unfold but realised that I did not have the same enthusiasm as previously. Do others who have seen it feel the same way?

I loved it...yes there were a few moments of " hang on The Force doesn't just leave a person especially a jedi master...and that Luke is still whining like a brat...and.."...actually who cares...its a movie that depicts strong women characters...for a change! My 9 year old daughter loved it...she loves Rey and even dressed up as her! I have also read most of the novels of the star wars universe which I have to set aside. I will definitely be buying a blue ray of The Last Jedi!
