Points for downloading the app

I have just signed up here and 20 points was offered to download the app, don’t seem to have received them, anyone know anything about this??

Hi AM4048, these Cafechat pages are for Cafestudy members to interact and chat to one another as part of our community, they are separate from our paid surveys and forums. Points are awarded for taking part in surveys, and online forums in which you are asked more in depth questions over a series of topics. Points for surveys are awarded to your account immediately, and forum points come through when we close off the forum (usually these are open for 3-5 days). Hope that helps to explain a bit!
