Fuel prices.

I;ve asked around why are the fuel prices up and down by up to 12cents at any one time?
Maybe someone can advise me why this happens?

The cycle changes when ever the oil companies choose it got little to do with the oil price as soon as one service station puts up the pric, or down the others quickly follow. Somtimes it is cheap over the week end and other times it is not. Who knows.
