Fuel prices.

I;ve asked around why are the fuel prices up and down by up to 12cents at any one time?
Maybe someone can advise me why this happens?

No idea, I just presumed you by fuel at a price & add a slight profit, didn't understand myself why such price rises! I laugh at ppl that wait in line for a 4c discount when the car they are driving is worth more than $80-100k!!
