Are there brands that you used to buy that are no longer in your local supermarket? What do you think of all these 'home brands'? Are they just as good as the named brands, are they cheaper, or are you still hankering after something in particular that just seems to have disappeared from the shelves? Give us your opinion.

Lots of homebrand things are disappearing from Woolworths shelves. Some stores still have them, others dont. At our local and closest store they seem to be pulling most homebrand items off the shelves. I didn't mind their homebrand margarine but they no longer stock. Also their cling wrap and alfoil have vanished. We have 3 Woolworths closeby and the other 2 still stock the items. They are much cheaper than the well known brands and I'll try anything once. If it's no good then I simply buy another brand.
