if you could go anywhere in the world for a holiday, regardless of price, where would you go?

Let's have some fun with this - If you could go ANYWHERE in the world for a holiday, regardless of price, where would you go and why?
Pretend you've just won the lottery! Is it warm, cold, scenic or relaxing?

merlin2 says: I'd like to go to Buenos Aires, then drive all the way to New York. This epic journey was first carried out in 1925 by Aimé Tschiffely, on two horses Mancha and Gato.

Although others have also completed the journey, my geography teacher followed Tschiffley's tracks in the 1960s in a Baby B Morris. He brought the little car to our school, where we rebuilt it. The trip has always amazed me and set a standard I've tried to follow.
