No More Registration Stickers

Hi Everyone,
I read on the RAA website newsletter, that from July 1st, there will no longer the option for 9 or 6 months...
They are only keeping 3 & 12 months! Gee as if people are not doing it stuff, I'm glad they didn't take the 3 month option, as that would bugger me right up, It's hard enough keeping a car on the road as it is!
With that I guess they will put up the registration in the June budget!

Hi Lise,
Just wondering...I'm a pensioner too but don't have to pay the registration fees at all? Why do you pay registration fees, is that because it is different state to state? I'm in NSW? I pay for pink slip (road worthy certificate) usually $35 and my green slip (mandatory third party insurance) usually around $350 for 12 months. Sorry, but I'm just trying to understand the difference.
